The plan is revised at week two based on feedback notes submitted by the client. A final revision document is filed at programme close, available for reference in subsequent seasonal cycles.

Active Lifestyle Programme
An eight-week combined programme for adults integrating regular sport — running, cycling, gym training, or recreational activity — into a structured daily eating routine. Covers pre- and post-activity food timing, hydration habits, and energy management across training and rest days.

Designed for adults who wish to make sustained, documented changes to their food habits across a full quarter of the year — covering at least one seasonal transition of the Romanian produce calendar.

Pantry Audit & Kitchen Reset
A practical single-session service reviewing the client's home pantry and food storage against a nutritional benchmark. The consultant identifies gaps in food-group coverage, over-reliance on convenience items, and opportunities to introduce more vegetables, fruits, and whole-grain staples.
Concludes with a written pantry brief and a shopping guide aligned to the current Romanian produce season. Available in person at the client's home or by photograph submission.
